BEAUTY REVIEW: Garnier Moisture Match, and Clean & Clear Spot Control Gel!

Hello!

I've always been a little unsure on which moisturiser to use. For years I would begin to use a product and then start to hate it and chuck it somewhere in my bedroom. I always found they were either to liquid-y, or would make my face shiny throughout the day.Which is my biggest hate.

So, after an hour or so of walking around Sainsbury's at 10pm, I decided to walk a little slower through the beauty isle and found these and A LOT of other beauty items on SALE. So I pondered over and picked up this moisturiser.

( I think this was about £2. Reduced from £7.99 )

The scent of this moisturiser is so lovely, and you can still smell it when it is on your skin. This really helps my skin because I really suffer bad with dry skin and eczema. I put a pea size on my fingers and then rub in all over my face and especially under my eyes and on my nose. I also use this as a base for my make up. This dries quite quick so I don't have to wait a while to put my make up on. I went through the whole day without my face getting greasy or shiny, so I recommend this hugely!

I also bought this! Clean & Clear Spot Control Gel. Now I have never suffered with spots. I have never had any, which is why I don't wear make up on my face (skin). But when I do, get the occasional spot on my forehead or chin, I will use this gel! It is VERY good! It smells a bit like blackcurrant cough medicine, but really does get the job done. It makes the spot smaller and will reduce the redness, within 10 minutes. And the next morning, the spot has gone. I recommend this too!

(This was £2 reduced from £4.99)

I hope you all enjoyed this blog post! If you would like me to review anything, please comment to let me know or contact me!
Thank you!

Yankee Candle Review!!

22:30:00 Unknown 0 Comments

Hello guys! I cannot believe we are already in March!!! Spring is upon us!!

So I think this is my second blog about giving reviews on things, I'm not 100% sure...

So, I was in a garden centre with my mum the other day and happened to find some Yankee Candles.

Now, I love Yankee Candles, all of the smells are absolutely perfect and they last a long time after many uses, but my biggest annoyance is how expensive they are. I would love to buy the biggest jar of my favourite Yankee Candle, but at £27.99 or £39.99, I would rather buy the little ones and just have them.

I know in America they are a little cheaper, (I think?) but I know in America you can get sets for a good price and that they are on sale quite a lot. Which is so very annoying because I'm not in America or going there any time soon:(

These little votive are so cute and tiny, and the price is good for the size of them. I have always loved the candle 'Vanilla Lime' but I have never bought it. so I did. And I then went on to smell the other candles, they were all such amazing smells and I had to compromise to 3 candles instead of 8.

Vanilla Lime, is such a relaxing candle, you cannot smell the Vanilla at all, just the Lime. But there is a scent in there but I wouldn't call it Vanilla.

Fresh Cut Roses, is a summery smell, it reminds me of walking into a garden of flowers, I have yet to light this candle as I am waiting for the Vanilla Lime to burn out.

Pineapple Cilantro, is a very mixed smell of pineapple and other citrus fruits, I have no idea what Cilantro smells like, so it could be that smell I am smelling, I do not know.

Vanilla Lime Votive - £1.39
Fresh Cut Roses Votive - £1.99
Pineapple Cilantro Votive - £1.99
(Floral Bedding - BHS)

I hope you all enjoyed this post. What are your favourite candle scents or Yankee Candle scents? What would you recommend?

See you soon.
